BGA Members and other subscribers to GE can access page-turning digital versions of the print issue, and the November issue has just been added to the GE website.

The latest issue of GE features an interview with Glossop Medal Lecturer David Shilston; reports on flood defence improvements at National Grid's Walham substation, construction of a visual and acoustic bund for a West Midlands housing scheme, and ground investigations for Network Rail's Feltham Resignalling Project; as well as an industry analysis piece on how to be a better ally for LGBTQ+ engineers, and a selection of the shortlisted GE Awards 2021 entries.

This edition also includes the 2021 Cooling Prize paper on "Practical geo-dynamic assessment of high-speed rail earthworks on the Align JV contract (HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd)" by Alice Duley of Jacobs.
