The BGA plans to hold its 2021 Annual Conference, including the AGM, on 13th September 2021. It is currently planned to hold this as a face-to-face event at the Institution of Civil Engineers (subject to the prevailing Government guidelines at the time).
Come and join the BGA ECG for bowls at Wandsworth Common on Friday 23rd July! Expect an evening of bowls, food and drinks, plus a short walk around the common. In the event of rain the booking will be credited for a later date.

BGA On-line event: A Method for Investigating the Extent of Rock Bridges: FERM, presented by Dr Junlong Shang and Professor Steve Hencher
An outdoor event (max. 30 participants) hosted by the new committee of the British Geotechnical Association Early Careers Group (BGA ECG). The aim is for you to pitch in with ideas that will shape the future direction of the BGA ECG. The event is not limited to current members - feel free to invite interested colleagues and friends.
Please follow appropriate government guidance on social distancing - we will maintain 1m+ distance and only gather outdoors. Please do a lateral flow test within 24hrs of meeting and register your interest by emailing cgh20@ic.ac.uk prior to attending.
